Fabio Keiner continues to refine his dark ambient compositions incorporating elements of various spiritual traditions from around the world. His new album Djinn draws inspiration from the sufi rituals, north african demon lairs and spells, mystic meditation exercises. The result is a mesmerizing soundtrip mixing tribal pieces and long-form drones, enriched by the use of vocal samples by Tihana Nikolic aka Soulpacifica.

We welcome back Fabio Keiner for a stunning collaborative album with Japanese singer/composer / musician Ryo Utasato.

Ushi no koku mairi (“late night ritual”) is an interpretation of ancient japanese spell binding chants. The artists invite us to fulfill the spell through 7 tracks/days/nights of vocalising /chanting / reciting blended with ritual dark ambient soundscapes in a surprising but totally organic way. We highly recommend you to listen to this entire album full of subtleties and captivating tension.
